For over 20 years, I’ve led talent transformation for global brands like Charles Schwab and Canopy Growth, partnering with organizations like Oracle and NPR’s KQED. But in 2023, extreme burnout changed my trajectory. It was a wake-up call that while we are more "connected" than ever, we are often profoundly disconnected from ourselves and each other.
Now, as an EMCEE and Experience Facilitator, I help organizations move from "frazzled to focused." I combine my talent strategy background with certifications in digital wellness to create human-centered spaces where intentionality is the standard.
I don’t just deliver speeches; I facilitate transformation. Whether we’re navigating The RTO Paradox, reclaiming focus from the Attention Economy, or acknowledging that "Life Be Lifing" in an always-on culture, my mission is to improve performance through the lens of mental health and psychological safety.
Based in Denver, I’m an active board member for Disrupt HR and a community advocate. When I’m not redesigning the way we work, you’ll find me hiking, reading, or on the dance floor enjoying Latin music.
